So i need to lose arm weight for a wedding. Im a bridesmaid and my arms look big >:(
I dont want to gain more muscle because theyre big already, i just want them to slim down. Any suggestions???

Your muscle isn't going to bulk up like a body builder's. It's just not going to happen. Use weights or do exercises like pushups that use your body weight as resistance.

Sounds like you're looking for some toning exercises for your arms, April! Do more reps in each set with lower free weights (5lbs or less, depending on your strength) on top of a lower-fat diet that we should all be on! :D
