hey ! I'm an African American girl , and I have badly damaged hair . and by badly damaged I mean badly damaged , it doesn't move , it's really short and I had terrible split ends . we don't have the financial ability to go and get it professionally done right now , so I was wondering if any of you had tips for me to try and repair it at home ? thank you (:
