Can'T Find The Right Foundation! Help!!!

Hi guys! I'm 19 and I can not find the right foundation for my skin!... I have tired nearly everything, cheap and expensive brands but most foundation either make me look cake face, rubs off way to quick or makes me look reddish. I always try it before I buy but after a few times wearing it, it tends to look funny.. Can anyone help?? =(
