concealing/healing scab on nose? HELP

So I got a little too happy with my whitehead extractor Saturday night. In an attempt to remove a tiny whitehead from the end of my nose I ended up literally scrapping layers of my skin off. It's been 5 days and I've been slathering Neosporin on my purple scab. None of my foundations have been any help in concealing it-Tarte Amazonian Clay, Clinque or Bare Minerals. Any suggestions on a concealer/foundation that can conceal a dry scab or what u can do to speed up the healing process? Any help is appreciated!!
