I'm losing hair!

Okay so I've had dandruff for 4 years now and it wont go, and 2 years ago i started getting scalp scabs :( ive been to lots of doctors and none helped. ive also used different kinds of shampoos with zinc pyrithione and ketoconazole :( and now my hair has lost over half of its original thickness! i miss my hair, and i'm only 15. :( has anyone else experienced this?
