get some colours like neutral, blue(light) and black. use a white base then allow to dry. then place cello tape around the sides, tip and cuticle of your nail. they put a couple of layers if tissue paper under your nails, load the brush and start splatting!!!! xx

I have splattered nails currently and are getting comments at school all day what you do is ( you will use ALL your colors). Brush the colors. You want ruffly and fast on each nail
And will create a rainbowy splatter! PS. You don't wait for nails to dry before next color
