I've been biting my nails for as long as I can remember and I just can't stop, I do it without even thinking about it and I hate it! it makes any nail polish I put on look childish and I love nail polish too much...Need serious help, I feel like I've tried everything...on a side note, I tried press on nails once and I did pretty good with those, anyone know of any good press on nails?

oooh, I was a nail biter too! I even had braces for 2 years and when they were gone i started biting my nails again! After 2 years NOT biting!
Well, I found a solution that works for me!
After trying EVERYTHING, like putting stuff on that tastes bad and so on I tried acryl nails, didn't work! They came off!
You should get gel nails, like in the UV-lamps, i have them for a year now and I stopped biting!
Let me know if it works for you xoxo

Tealy, next time, ask for thicker gel nails, and maybe try some nailart, or ask for a little rhinestone, you won't bite these gorgeous nails!

people often bite their nails because they are deficient in silica and/or zinc, your nails are high in these minerals and biting them is your bodies way of getting them back . try supplementing with silica and zinc :)

Do a really cute nail design that took you forever to do. You won't want to mess up on something you worked hard on.
