Just right amount of shimmer

Applying lavender shimmer on my face? Initially, I was opposed to putting anything shimmery on my face. But, I was drawn to the lovely scent of the product and I am very glad I did. Yes, it is shimmery, but not overwhelming. It just provides right amount of shimmer where needed. I am using this product with Wayne Goss Holiday Brush - the puff tend to be too coarse and hard to clean. It brightens up my face whenever I feel dull. Of course, I can't complain about the rose scent which, I find quite soothing.

The best brush for powder!

I took the risk. I got the $85 brush when it became available. I heard the story of how wonderful this was, and took the risk. Boy, am I glad that I did!! I use this to apply Anna Sui Loose Power. It is one of the most soft brushes I have experienced! You won't regret it.

Need to find another way of using this...

I have been using Laura Mercier Flat Eye Liner Brush for the longest time. Since I am a huge fan of Wayne, I decided to give this brush a try. I purchased this along with the holiday brush - which by the way, is the best! - back in December. Four months have gone by, and I am still trying to find out how this would fit into my life. It is too short for push liner: I use Laura Mercier Tightline' Cake Eyeliner and Smashbox Jet Set Waterproof Eye Liner. As for LM product, the brush is too short for me to mix and apply without getting the product all the way into where bristles are held together. For Smashbox product, can't really get the right amount of product on the bristle, since short bristle is very strong, it scrapes more product than I need.

As for eye brows, I use Anastasia brow powder. Once again, the hair is too short for me to create natural looking brows.

So, after 4 months of trying to love this product, I am still not sure how to.
