Excellent with one small negative

This was certainly a splurge, and i feel good about it. Now to the brush; does this smell a little goaty at first? Yes, yes it does, for the first few washes then it went away. This doesn't bother me at all, I'm a knitter and used to the smell of various natural fibers. Is it soft? Lord yes. The brush is large and different from any other I've used so took some getting used to. But it leaves the most natural, streak free finish in half the time. The one con: it shed, more than i would like. It shed one annoying hair every time i used it for the first 4-6 washing ( used daily, washed about once a week). Then one partial hair for the next3-4 weeks. Seems to have stopped than goodness. It has become my favorite foundation brush, one day i may buy another.

So happy with this

I was lucky, got this in my lucky bag. Oh i love this! No clumping, no flaking, no smudging, no smearing. Just long thick lashes, removes readily with my oil cleanser. I even love the packaging, and i generally don't care about packaging. But it's large for a mascara, feels substantial in my hand, i like that.

Beautiful foundation

First off a big thank you to beautylish customer service for help with picking my shade. 1 pump gives me perfect coverage, medium, matte, but not flat or dull. I put my foundation on at 5 am and need it to last until at least 3pm. On my oily skin i usually get 6-7 hours then full break down. This one gets me 10-11 hours. I am a nurse in a procedure/surgical area. I wear masks, plastic protective gowns, lead gowns/aprons/chest protection, all at the same time sometimes. I am also going thru menopause with some intense hot flashes, this foundation survives all of that! It dries quickly, bear that in mind when applying. It dries a bit tacky but i set with powder always. This blends beautifully with a brush but i occasionally use a damp beauty blender for slightly lighter coverage. This product is a joy to use.

Just beautiful

I don't usually use highlighters as I tend to be oily. received this in my lucky bag this year so gave it a try and I'm glad I did. This is not chunky glitter at all, it is truly glowing. you can build it up to binding if you like (I don't), or it can be buffed in for a gentle glow from within. very appropriate for my skin type and age.

disappointing

the color is really nice, however I find the formula to be quite disappointing. it doesn't set like a liquid lip, which is fine, but it stays sticky for a long while then dries to a flaky, crackly mess. No in between. I also don't like the applicator. the curve is great but there is no plushness to it, it feels bare and hard. I expect that from a cheap lip product but not from a brand such as this.

So happy with this

I purchased this in 2.0 n and 2.0 y, they both work but i prefer the neutral shade. I have oily skin and every foundation i have ever tried breaks down significantly at the 6-7 hour mark. This one does not, it stays beautiful for up to 10 hours. This looks like skin, not mask like, shows my beauty marks but covers the redness on my cheeks. I only use 1 pump of the product and apply with a brush it buffs in effortlessly. I have gotten so many compliments on my skin since using this. This is a lovely foundation with fantastic staying power.

Very effective

I have a lot of redness across my cheeks along with fine red visible capillaries, this is exaggerated when I sleep poorly. I use a small amount of this each morning. It is light weight and absorbs Very quickly. The redness has been reduced rather dramatically, my skin is so much smoother. Between using this each morning and the mild lactic acid product every other night my skin is smother, , brighter and significantly less red and irritated, and pores vastly less congested. I am so happy I tried this and a few other products from this line. Excellent and effective at an incredibly affordable price. I have very little brand loyalty but the ordinary has won me over.

So happy with this

I have been using this for a few weeks now and have seen true results. I use this every other night and my skin is so much smoother and definitely brighter looking. I have large pores across my nose that easily get congested, but not since using this product. For those not familiar with lactic acid be aware they have a distinct smell, this smells thickly of rubber, but once it's applied I don't notice it at all. This product absorbs into the skin very quickly . This is an excellent product at an incredible price.

Excellent product at a very affordable price point

I have very oily skin. I have used primers from drugstore to high end with the same sub par results, my foundation breaks down around the 6 hour mark. This primer actually gets me 12 hours of togetherness, I am just amazed. It isn't sticky and doesn't have that thick waxy feeling some silicone primer have. This feels like skin. This will be a staple for me.

Love this so much

I ordered this because I saw a lot of people get this in their lucky bags (not in mine though). It had such reviews I just had to try it. The grapefruit scent is mild and pleasant. My brushes get clean lickity split. Get the brush wet, swirl in the cleanser til foamy, rinse clean. Way quicker and more thorough than any other brush cleaner I've eve used. Also, I really appreciate that cleanser refills can be purchased and used in this same container, less waste.
