Amazing Value!

I LOVE this kit. I'm a huge fan of Tarte. You get a ton of highly pigmented full sized eyeshadows, an amazing Amazonian Clay blush, mini Smooth Operator finishing powder, several mini glosses, a mirror all in a cute travel bag. I really love this kit. If you are new to Tarte this is a great way to try the brand because you get a little bit of everything including a mini version of their lights camera lashes mascara. I bought this because I know their products are great quality and I was able to get a lot of products at a fraction of the regular cost. The eyeshadows are divided into quads so if you are unsure which colors to pair together they make it easy for you. This is also a great kit to travel with the only things you would have to add for a full face are foundation & concealed. I believe this is limited edition so grab it while you can. Trust me you'll be glad you did!

great kit

This really has everything you need for brows. The stencils are great. You get a lot of product and I love that there is brow powder for blondes & brunettes because I change my hair color often!

really good primer

Some primers I have just break down and ball up. Not this one. This product does everything it claims. It creates a smooth surface for your foundation. This makes your foundation last all day and helps with a flawless look. Plus Too Faced is cruelty free!

great lip liner

I know a lot of people don't want to spend a lot on lip liners, but in my opinion these are worth the splurge.these really do help your lip color last longer and the easy twist up packaging makes it easy to sharpen even if you don't have a sharpener on hand. These colors are great. I love Perfect Spice. Plus Too Faced is cruelty free. The tube also has a pencil holder like grip making it super user friendly for pros & novices alike.

gives an airbrushed look

Synthetic brushes are my thing. I own every brush Urban Decay makes and this is one of my favorites. This brush was created to pair with their Naked Skin foundation, but I've used it on many different foundations including mineral makeup and even blush. Just swirl the brush into the product, or if using liquid, tap brush into some foundation and buff into the skin using circular motions. The result is an amazing airbrushed look!

Best liquid eyeliner on the market IMO

I love the super fine tip on this. Because its so long and tapered, you can really get a nice thin line starting at the innner corner of the eye, and make it thicker toward the center or end dependon on where you apply pressure. I've used other liquid liners with a similar tip, but what makes this one so great is the length and tapered shape of the tip. The formula is water-resistant and doesn't move all day until you remove it with eye makeup remover. This is the easiest to use, and you still get a really professional result

Creamy, great for dry skin, Love the packaging and the brush

I think this is one of the most underrated foundation on the market. Cream foundations are so much better than liquid for dry skin because they don't cling to dry bits on your face. The look is smooth an natural. This brush isn't ideal for foundation application, but I actually love it for cleaning up eyeshadow fallout or applying highlighter to your cheekbones. I apply this foundation with damp sponge instead and it works beautifully.

blending brush doesnt have the right bend

I may be the only person on the planet who doesn't like these brushes, but I'm sorry, I just don't. Brushes are my thing. Synthetic brushes are my thing and I have a particular soft spot for blending brushes. Every review I read on other sites for this set is a great one, but when I compare it against other brushes in my collection meant for the sane purpose these just don't stack up. The blending brush is the worst of the bunch. Its very soft, but the bristles just don't give the proper bend for blending out eyeshadow. I also prefer my blending brushes to have a more taperedhead This brush had a very rounded head which doesn't fit well into the crease. The other brushes are just OK, not terrible but not that great. I agree the "teddy bear hair" is soft, but that is not the only requirement for a good brush. These are advertised as being good for professionals, but I don't know any pros that would choose these as their brush of choice Cute looking brushes but for the price, I expect better.

non drying, long lasting formula

I must admit I'm a sucker for cute packaging. I'm also a big fan of Tarte products. They don't test on animals, and I've found all of their products to be high quality of the ones I've used (which is most of them). My lips tend to get too dried out with matte lipsticks so I usually stick to creamier formulas. However I found this provided a long lasting matte finish without making my lips chapped. I have fair skin, blond hair and blue eyes and the shade Pure looks great as an everyday lipstick. I apply it straight from the tube over bare lips and got several hours of wear before the color started to fade. I will likely buy this in more colors at some point as I update my stash for fall.
