After swatching all three shades in person, I ended up purchasing Gold Dust as well as Bronze Age. You really don’t need both but since I couldn’t make up my mind and i rationalized that since it’s my birthday month, I caved and bought both. For reference I have a light-medium skin tone for most of the year (nc25-30, nars Punjab, double wear 2w2 rattan). TERA is a cool toned shade and I see it being perfect for fair-light skin tones. It barely showed up on me when swatched. GOLD DUST when applied looks the most neutral with both cool and warm tones. It warms up my skin while also providing a touch of contour. I can see it working for fair-medium skin tones. It surprisingly also appears to me a smidge darker than Bronze Age. BRONZE AGE is special to me because it is the most yellow out of all three. Gold dust is more rosy in comparison. Gold Dust is similar to the bronzer in the Afternooner compact. Pick Tera if you’re fair-light. Pick gold dust if you’re fair to medium and like something more neutral. Pick Bronze Age if you’re fair-medium with a yellow or olive undertone. They’re all very pretty, super bendable and looks nothing like powder on the skin. Doesn’t look caked or patchy. Doesn’t emphasize my facial hairs. Best when used with a dense goat haired brush. If your brush is too soft or flimsy, it won’t pick up product.

Daily Necessity!

I pick this brush up to apply blush and highlighter almost everyday. It makes applying pigmented blush less intimidating. Great for sheer applications that can be built up. I would highly recommend picking this one up.

Plumped up my skin :)

Pro: -leaves skin feeling refreshed, soft, and hydrated -lightweight, great for layering skin care

Con: Causes foundation to pill off into little balls when too much is applied.

Overall, I do enjoy this product and would recommend, just be sure to not over apply, as it will start to roll off!

Initially I was somewhat disappointed by the quality. I think perhaps because it's a limited edition product so they somewhat skimped on the workmanship. I felt like the ferrel was too light and felt a little cheap to hold. For the price, they could've given the handles for weight and balance. It felt like the same type of wood pencils are made of, light and hallow.

I was also disappointed because I felt like the hairs weren't dense enough. The brushes bent, and gave way a little too easily which is an indication of lesser density.

The design however is beautiful so for that reason I didn't want to part with it. I was relieved to find that once I used them, they did perform well. The hairs are super soft, and application was flawless. The only ones I don't reach for everyday was the lip brush and the foundation brush.

Pro: beautiful design, great performance, quality hair Con: somewhat cheap feeling for the price

So I do love these brushes, I just think the quality could be better.

Shadows you'll keep reaching for

I've had these shadows for almost two months now and they're still an everyday favorite. Of all the formulas I've tried, these are at the top of the list, if not the best. The colors are pigmented, and build super nicely. In some cases I find that lighter shades don't apply as pigmented as some darker shades but that is not the case with these shadows. All the shadows here apply very richly, even the lighter shades. I love that they built like a dream. The mattes (my favorite) have an amazing texture, smoooothhh and just a tad "sticky" so it won't blend into nothingness. Every single look I've done have turned out flawlessly. I love these shadows.

I currently own four of the quints, Natural Brown, Smokey Brown, Wood Pink, and Honey Brown.

IF you were to only buy one of these I'd highly recommend the Wood pink as i find it to be the most unique. Think of it as the matte version of urban decay's naked 3. The tones are beautiful and apply so much better than urban decay shadows in my opinion.

Honey Brown is one I can see many people liking. I like it too, but since I have so many of these shades, I'm not too amazed my it. Unlike the other palettes, this one has three shimmery shades. While these do perform nicely, is on the drier side and I tent to prefer shimmery shadows more dimethicone based, I find them to be more shimmery and vibrant. Thats not to say that these shimmers are dull, they're not. Its just that when I use shimmers, I really like the ones with lots of reflection and glow.

Natural Brown and Smokey brown are somewhat similar so getting both is not necessary. Natural brown has a matte black, and a creamy whitish shade which provides a tad more versatility than the smokey brown. If I had to choose, Id get Natural brown, although I do like the shimmery champagne color from the smokey brown palette. These two are my favorite every-day neutral palettes that I reach for, thats not to say that you can't build it them up for a bolder smokier eye as well.

Get this brush set, It 's life changing!

I made this purchase in october of 2015 and I can say that after almost a year, I am still in love with these brushes. Literally every singly day I use them.

Before I was introduced to Wayne Goss' brushes, my brush collection mainly included mac and sigma ones. These absolutely blow those out of the park. Wayne's brushes are the softest brushes I've ever felt. After a year of wear, they look good as new. Applying eyeshadow with them are a absolute dream. I've never blended so easily before in my life. They are worth every pretty, and one of my most favorite make-up items.

I definitely get the most uses out of the eye brushes, mainly the brushes 03, 04,and 06.

Brush 01 is a nice size for face foundation. I've used it on powder and mineral foundation and it works well. I'm sure it will be a dream to use on liquids and creams but I admittedly I am too scared to damage the natural hairs.

Brushes 07 and 08 are great detail brushes. I use 08 to line my upper lip with black powder eyeshadow. The results are very precise, almost as if I used a liquid liner but softer. Brush 07 is nice for apply shadow to the under eye, or applying glittery shadow to the center of the lip. It's a tad too small for that but I like the precision you get from a smaller brush.

Overall, I don't think you could possibly regret purchasing this collection. It's amazing.
