One of my Staples

I had my eye on this palette for a long time before finally purchasing it. I just love the color story and daydreamed of how I would use it until it was finally in my hands.

It is safe to say that now, this palette is my go-to. If I am traveling and only have room for one eyeshadow palette, this is it. You can do so many day and night looks with it that it covers all bases.

My favorite shade from the whole palette is "Burnt Orange." I use it everyday and it just adds a lovely dimension to your eyes. My only complaint is that for me, the colors do not blend as easily as I would like, and certain shades to appear patchy on me.

The Smell is Amazing

I first fell in love with this shampoo at the salon I go to. They use all R+Co products, and the smell of the Television shampoo immediately won me over. I am not usually a high end shampoo kind of gal, but this one is really worth it for the scent alone.

I am pleasantly surprised to report that the smaller 8 oz size lasts a long time. I purchased this product in June 2018 and I am still not through it! You don't need a lot to effectively use this shampoo. A quarter size is more than enough for my medium length, color treated hair.

Feels like Luxury in a Jar

Every time I use the Honey Mud, I feel like I am stepping into my own personal spa. The jar itself is really weighty and feels really nice in your hand. And of course, what's inside the jar is even better.

I have only used Honey Mud as a mask. I look forward to every Sunday because that is the day I know I get to do my Honey Mud mask! It makes my skin feel so soft and makes it looks more radiant. Of course you can use this product more frequently as it is super gentle, but I've been savoring it as my end of the week treat for myself :)

Absolutely Love!

This primer is one of my favorite Beautylish purchases. I am extremely pale, so skipping sunscreen is not an option for me. This primer just made my morning routine so much easier! It's really nice to know that the product I am using to prime for my makeup application is also helping to protect me from the sun.

I love wearing this alone, or of course with makeup on top. When applied on its own, this product gives a really nice blurring effect to the skin, which makes me feel a bit more confident when going out bare faced. Overall, 10/10 will buy again!

A Lotion Even Body Lotion Haters Will Love

For as long as I remember, applying body lotion has been one of my most hated steps in my skincare routine. I hate the greasy feeling it leaves on your hands and body, and I never found one that had a scent that really spoke to me.

With the Bum Bum Cream, I have neither of these issues and I no longer dread applying body lotion. It smells amazing! And best of all, it doesn't leave my hands feeling greasy. The texture feels really light, almost whipped. This is the only body lotion I have ever used to completion and it has definitely become a holy grail product for me!

Good Start for a Skincare Novice

In the last year or so, I have started to take my ~ skincare journey ~ seriously. I am in my late 20's and figured it was about time!

The Physiolift Serum from EAU THERMALE AVÈNE was one of my first serious skincare purchases, and so far I am extremely happy with the product. It has a very subtle scent, and the texture is just lovely and very smooth. It absorbs quickly and never makes my skin feel greasy. My skincare routine is simple-- cleanse, the Physiolift serum, and moisturizer-- and I just love how my skin looks and feels the next day.

I did deduct one star because I need to use two pumps to cover my whole face, so I fear I will go through it quickly.

Easy, Everyday Highlighter

I am super into this highlighter from rms beauty for two specific reasons:

1. It is so easy to use! All you need is the product and your finger tips. Because the product is subtle, you don't have to worry about over applying or messing up the application in any way. For these reasons, it's a great product to use on the go, when you may find yourself without a mirror.

2. Powder highlighters have a tendency to make me breakout. I have not had that issue with the Living Luminizer. The product is certified organic and has worked beautifully on my sensitive skin.

Is that three reasons? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Regardless, I highly recommend the Living Luminizer, and it's one I will certainly be repurchasing when it runs out.

My New Lip Color Obsession!

I am one of those girls who loves how lipstick looks, but I have never been able to master the art of applying lipstick and maintaining it throughout the day myself. This has lead to me acquiring a mass amount of lipsticks that remain largely untouched, because frankly I am just too lazy to re-apply and check up on my lipstick all day! For me, products that require too much effort on my part usually end up sitting on my vanity for a longgg time.

That's where Sulwhasoo's Lip Serum Stick comes in and saves the day. It applies the perfect amount of sheer-ish color to your lips, that looks and is effortless. If the color starts to wear off-- no worries! The color wears and fades beautifully, so it is does not look splotchy and neglected after eating or drinking. And because this product is also good for your lips, you never get those dry flakes of skin on your lips that many other lipsticks (mainly liquid lips I have found) leave behind. It wears extremely comfortably.

"Blossom Coral" is a beautiful color that I think will be especially stunning for the summer. Until then, I plan on purchasing more shades!
