Leightweight concealer

So I use a brush to apply this concealer (Sonia Kashuk #14), it allows me to blend the olay with the product and not have any white streaks. It is super creamy and very easy to work with. I do not consider myself one with dark circles but you don't have to have dark circles to use this, it gives my foundation a more uniform look.

Now if you follow me or have read my reviews you'll know, I'm not a big foundation wearer, I'm a powder girl. But that's just it - I can use it with powder only. Now i'm not saying everyone can do that but I can so maybe you can too.

I found the Olay part to be cooling. My eyes looked brighter and I was more uniform from eyes to cheeks. It was not the longest lasting product, I would have to retouch if I was in need of a long-wearing face. Nor was it a heavy coverage concealer. It is lightweight, easy to apply and never settled into my creases. *Doesn't like the word wrinkles* It's moist without being greasy.

The vessel seals tight. Oddly enough the product shrunk over a period of time (it's a year old or a little more, now but I noticed it about 5 months in) I'm thinking *no proof just thought* that some of the Olay might have evaporated causing the concealer to look cracked or dried out - it is not dried out, it still works fine.

Would I buy it again? I would probably 'try' something else at a similar price point, $14 but could easily see myself returning to this concealer. I wish there was a small brush applicator included. It could so easily be built into the base.

Copper Intrigue

Kitten Liquid Liner is purrfect. No flaking, no smudging and no cracking. It's been on my eyes for 5 hours and looks like it was just applied. It has an amazing golden/copper base, so you can wear this liner without having to apply a base product for colour intensity. Best of all - it is hands down, the easiest liquid liner that I have applied! The brush is short and firm so you have total control of the line - you can make it is thin or thick as possible. It dries quickly, comfortably and is weightless; I have yet to 'feel' any trace of liner on my lids.

I rate the kitten glitter liner 5 out of 5 stars. It answered all of my calls: weightless, rich colour and no cracking. And it removed easily, cleanly and completely.

On my arm, I am comparing MAC glitter liner (discontinued) to the new Stila Kitten liner. The MAC liner has a clear base with tinted glitter (this one is pink, I also have blue) I have to apply it on top of liner or it is lost on my eye. The stila has a tinted base and glitter. Looks hot! Not young, hot. xoxo

NOT like the shadow counterpart

This isn't your average shimmer powder! The first thing I noticed when I opened this amazing compact was that the kitten duo didn't look as soft and delicate as my kitten shadows of the past - one wrong touch and the product would actually break apart. These shades are firm enough to travel and have no worries of a messy makeup bag once you've reached your destination.

As I have gotten a little older I have started to fear the kitten. It is a high impact champagne shade whose consistency tended to be quite soft, so the brush grabbed a lot of product. I found I was spending more time blending it out then actually applying the rest of my eye. It goes on smooth, easy and did not settle into my creases, which was my chief complaint with the original shadow formula, since it made me look older. This kitten is a 'softer' version of it's shadow counterpart.

kitten's long lost cousin, pink, is the best highlighter for... Well, everywhere! Use it on your brow bones to open your eyes, sculpt and brighten your cheek bones and liven your forehead and chin. I used it as a blusher and felt completely kissed by the sun.

Don't think you have to use kitten as a shadow - sculpt along your jawline for a stronger profile or use as that just entering Spring glow. I highly recommend this product and would rebuy.

In my pic, Kitten is the 3rd down in the shadow compact and then I have the highlighting compact to compare. On my hand the new highlighter is right under my pointer-finger knuckle and the shadow kitten is closer to the base of my thumb.

Just shine no pigment

This is not the same consistency as the balm in the green tube sold in their skin care line. This is a little thicker but thankfully not sticky. It provides excellent shine and is super moisturizing. The gloss dispenses from the squeeze tube easily and a little goes a long way. *Here's the but* But... The applicator tip of the vessel stars to smell a little weird so I have to clean it and the cap well about once a week. lol. I have purchased these in the past but I probably won't, moving forward. I'll stick with the original green tube.

Excellent highlighter

This is my new best friend. I was using Clinique's Instant Lift for Brows right up until I had them completed with permanent makeup. I was then only using the highlighter side. Once it ran out I knew I wouldn't rebuy... but I had to find a highlighter for my brow bone.

This is the best that I have found! I dab 2 small dots to my brow bone and blend in with my finger tips. I immediately look refreshed and awaken. This is a soft pink shimmer that doesn't give you that 80's frost, just a gorgeous pink luminosity perfect for all skin tones.

I will absolutely rebuy.

So good that this was a rebuy

I love these. The grip even the tiniest thinnest little hair and remove it completely. They are comfortably weighted and easy to control. I have had my brows completed with permanent makeup so I use this to keep the center and under part of my brows clean. This is my second purchase - I lost my other pair. They are worth every freaking penny and Tweezerman offers lifetime free sharpening.

Yep, It's that good.

I have had this for a year now and it is just as sharp as day one. There are no wear spots form filing in one spot and I can rinse it off and it looks like new too. It works well on my finger and toe nails and it very thin and flexible. It files smoothly and gently, it's not like coarse grit sandpaper ripping at my nails. I know $28 for a nail file is crazy but it is the last file you will ever buy. I highly recommend it. If I lost it I would buy another.

Subtle lip stain

I use this exclusively as a lip stain. It looks quite intimidating at first - a bright bubblegum pink but it blends in very well. I use cap applicator to apply, like a gloss and move my lips around a little to help spread and blend in. I apply a total of 3 coats and I know I have lip colour all day that will not brighten over time and I can list add clear lipgloss for shine.

Highly pigments, long wearing

This is for Delphic a very vibrant teal. I love this. It's very creamy and easy to apply. I mainly use it as liner but I punch it up and use it as shadow base too, makes some interesting mixes. The glass jar seals tight and will not dry out as quickly as some drugstore brands that I have tried. I would buy more. For $15 they are multi-purpose, long lasting, and smudge-proof once set.

Lightweight, Light scent

This has a very light peach scent. I was had a fear it was going to smell cheap or strong and it is neither. This lotion is very lightweight it sinks in quickly and does not leave a greasy residue on top of your skin. I did find that I used more product than expected to soothe my dry hands but they are very comfortable. Even so, that means I will go through this quick. I probably will not purchase this again but I'm glad that I made the initial investment.
