The perfect "no makeup, makeup blush"

For my fair skin ice dream gives a gorgeous sheer wash of color for a very natural glowy finish. I find it to be build-able to a medium amount of color and can be used over or under another cheek product to create dimension on the face. I think this is ideal for women who like to keep it simple and beautiful and who find that powder blush is just to much for them. For darker skin tones it's going to be perfect on the cheek bones as a highlight. BY TERRY is a luxury brand and both the product and packaging reinforce that. This product is geared for those of us that like to splurge on high end items. As with all BY TERRY products it is moderately scented with actual rose fragrance. Synthetic fragrances really bother me and in general I am not a fan of rose scented products, but the BY TERRY line is the exception for me. I love the scent and it makes me feel like I am in a rose garden.

The 1 beauty product we have been waiting our whole lives for

If you have been wearing makeup for any length of time you know the foundation struggle. Which ranges from guessing your shade in the drugstore to getting a horrible color match at a poorly lit Sephora. I often think it's a miracle that us ladies walk around with the correct shade match, not to mention the right finish for our ever changing skin type and texture. And now in one little bottle we can create the perfect foundation every day of the week. The shade range is global and the possibilities are endless. All of a sudden we can control the shade, coverage and finish and change it according to what mood our skin happens to be in that day. So far I have mixed this with just about everything I have in my beauty arsenal and here are some of my favorite mixing mediums: the Cover FX illuminating primer,Embryolisse Lait-Crème Concentré, Charlotte Tilbury light wonder foundation, First Aide beauty moisturizer, MDSolarSciences Mineral Crème Broad Spectrum SPF 50 just to name a few. It's not just hype these drops are incredible, easy to work with and produce beautiful results.

beautiful finish that can be full coverage or sheered out

Honestly this is such an underated foundation! I can't believe it doesn't have more buzz around it. It's so beautiful and versatile. My favorite way to apply this is with a beauty blender so I can have that light weight sheer skin perfector look. But I love that it's build-able for a full coverage where and when I need it. It's a thicker texture and a little goes a long way. I think it's beautiful over the Cover FX illuminating primer. Plus its healthy for your skin and was perfect for this winter when my skin tends to be drier because of the hydrating technology. I would have given this 5 stars but I don't love the scent. It dissipates and doesn't linger on the skin but I like scent free foundations.

Best lipstick I've ever used!

The texture is so luxe, the finish is gorgeous with it's stay all day satin look and the shade range is impeccable. There is a shade for everyone with this collection. This is such an incredible improvement on the existing NARS lipsticks. The best feature for this product is it's long wear non drying formula. It's one swipe technology leaves a long wear lasting color deposit that won't dry your lips out, settle in to fine lines or look raggedy by the end of the day. I can put this on in the morning eat, drink, talk and trust it to still look great at the end of the day. You can't miss with any of these!

not my favorite NARS product

I love NARS and love all the new product reformulations they are doing. I think this is a million times better than the old powder foundation but it still broke down on my after 4-5 hours or wear time. It's beautiful till it started settling into my pores. I used primer and everything. However I have found that this is a beautiful topper for a tinted moisturizer for a light weight feel that has some fuller coverage. I know this isn't meant as a setting powder or a finishing powder but I have found that it wears better that way for me.

Flawless natural cream contour made easy!

Listen...this new cream contour kit is contour perfect for all of us out there that want to fake some cheek bones, shrink our foreheads and convince the world we don't really have a double chin. This is the most natural blend-able contour kit on the market. The 6 global shades make it easy for you to find the right shade to contour your skin tone. Finally a company gets that contour is not one size fits all. In some of the photos these kits look like they pull orange but on the skin I haven't seen or experienced that. Cover FX's shade finder makes it fool proof to get the right kit for your skin tone and under tone. You will love the creamy texture and how well it blends, but it's also build-able. And the cream highlight shade....that is what highlight dreams are made of! Because it melts into your skin and looks exactly like it would if a pro makeup artist came to your house and put your highlight on for you!

Volume + length = Mascara perfection

OK...so it's safe to say that I have tried hundreds of mascara in my life as a beauty junkie and makeup artist. I'm never in love with a mascara. Sometimes I find one and like it but I rarely find myself repurchasing a mascara product. Until now! I have been using this for the past 4 weeks and I just love everything about it! I like the brush head, it's the perfect size for getting product at the base of your lashes. The formula is wet enough that it coats each lash well but not to wet so that it clumps. I love that it creates volume and length so I can have lush and long lashes. It's a great long wear mascara that doesn't smudge or flake off during the day. I will be repurchasing this in the future!

Glitter perfection!

The minute I laid eyes on this limited edition Z Palette I knew it was going to be love at first sight! It's so gorgeous and they way it's made will ensure that it will still be dazzling for years to come! Best part is that it doesn't leave a trail of glitter behind! It's the standard large size palette and comes with the metal backings for your makeup as well.

My new favorite fall vampy lip!

Move over MAC Rebel and NARS Train Bleu! I've just found my new fall lip obsession! I loved ending Summer with B* Perfect and Penelope Pink but now that the leaves are changing I'm all about the Vamp dark lip! The texture to these lipsticks is gorgeous and silky smooth. I love that they don't travel and they actually give a nice stain on the lips. They are creamy, smooth and have amazing pigmentation. Looks great in contrast to my fair skin and light eyes!!!

Better than the YSL Touche Eclat!

I have always sort of been on the fence about Touche Eclat, but I love Touche Expert! It's great for covering imperfections and slight redness and works for more than just an under eye concealer! I also feel like it erases dark shadows with just a thin amount. The coloring number system is a bit odd. I'm very fair Charlotte Tilbury shade 3 Cover FX P20-P40 and the number 4 Touche Expert is perfect for me. I also love the sleek packaging and appreciate how easy it is to use for concealing and highlighting. Plus you can throw it into your purse for quick touch ups on the go.
