NYFW Fall 2014 Beauty Recap

278

New York Fashion Week wrapped up last Thursday, and there was so much to take in. Naturally, there were many stunning clothes—to name a couple, layers upon layers upon textures at Prabal Gurung, and the finale at Alexander Wang in which the mood shifted from austere to electric as heat-sensitive garments lit up in shifting neon hues. But, if you looked closely enough, there were plenty of fresh hair, makeup, and nail ideas, too. We culled all of the slideshows, Instagram snapshots, videos, and Vines to put together an inspiration board of some of the most interesting looks. Even though fall feels far away at the moment, we’re ready to start playing around with what we saw—creative, painterly eyes, bold ponytails, and nail art from avant-garde to slightly subdued—right now.
