We all know about juice cleanses, but what about introducing a simple juice into your daily diet to improve your overall health? Juices not only cleanse your body of toxins but also ensure you get your daily dose of fruit and vegetables. Here are three juice recipes that we love.
THE MORNING JUICE
Mornings call for a good wake-up juice. Throw some apple silces, pineapple chunks, orange sections, mint leaves, and ginger into a juicer. The ginger and mint will invigorate your senses.
THE LUNCH JUICE
When you're running around and don't have time to eat your midday meal, something filling and nutritious is just what you need. Prepare a juice of banana, raspberries, strawberries and mango for a solid on-the-go lunch.
THE PICK-ME-UP JUICE
Sometimes you need a juice that will instantly revitalize you. This mix may not sound very palatable, but the health benefits are amazing. Combine oranges, carrots, apples, and beets, using as much of each ingredient as you like.
