Are you in a feline frenzy? Try out this purr-fect leopard eye look to satisfy your obsession. Once you try this funky tangerine animal print-inspired tutorial, your style will be safari sexy!
After applying a shadow primer, sweep on a bright orange hue (we used Inglot eye shadow in 469) just above your crease. Round out that shape to the outer corner of your the lower lash line, creating a “C” shape. This will open up your eye area and give room for each detailed mark.
Use a light matte brown shadow (we used Inglot’s 390) above the the orange shadow to blend out any harsh lines above your crease and create a smoky look.
To give your lid more dimension, highlight the center of your lid with a light shimmering orange shade (we used Inglot’s 468).
Use a dark matte shadow (we used Inglot’s 378), to create a more defined crease.
Use a black eye pencil (we used Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes in OL) to fill in your waterline and set it with a matte black eye shadow.
With a white pencil (we used Ben Nye’s MagiColor Cream Crayon in White), place abstract shapes over the outer corner of your lid and lightly press a shimmery champagne shadow over the crayon. This will make the leopard print pop!
Draw a cat eye shape over your top lid with a fine tip liquid eye liner.
Create “C” shapes (backwards too!). This will give your design the feline effect. Be sure to add little detailed dots around each shape so that it has an authentic animal feel.
Rev up the sexy style with flirty full lash strips. Now you’re ready to take a walk on the wild side!
