Beauty Product Reviews

I like these lipglosses, they aren't solid matte's (obviously) but are almost clear, non sticky shimmer colours. I tried one in a hot pink shade a while ago, gives the lips a surprisingly only natural tint (which is perfectly fine!) with a bit of glitter. The pearly colours do go on differently, so it depends which shade you pick out of the 12. A pearl gloss I tried made the lips a naturally silver colour, and had almost a polished kind of effect. GOOD PRICE!

I LOVE THIS! They only had black at my local drugstore, but when I applied it on top of a hot pink Barry M nail polish I was like WOAH! It gives an exciting twist to any nail colour - try it with a shimmer gold Barry M nail polish and you get a fantastic snake print nail! One thing I was dissapointed about - not very much, just slightly, the pattern that shows on the label isnt REALLY what it turns out like. It turns out more like.. sort of, faded train track pattern. Not as polished and a bit of a different pattern to the one that is shown on the tag. But anywho, I love this. AND it was cheap.

I LOVE Body Shop products myself, but the Mascara is the best. Made from natural ingredients that did not irritate my eyes, this lasted all day. I HATE clumpy mascaras that just thicken and stick to your eyelashes, but this was the opposite and lengthen my eyelashes well. Also gives the eyelashes that extra classy look, and seperates the eyelashes to create the POLISHED look.

Don't use this product often but I still like it alot. At a reasonable price, I used the Bourjois blusher shade shown in the picture (coincidentally). Quite an intense colour, shows up quite well, enhances complexion well when applied along cheek bone. I used this with Benefit's Moon Beam - the combination brings a radiant glow to your face, and lasts all day.

This eyeshadow (which I originally had about a year ago) was in a shimmery pastel green colour. It was OK - obviously it is a 'lowend' product compared to MAC, UD, etc, but it's alright for wearing out, great for a green based smokey eye I guess. Affordable, can be found in local drugstore.

This product is great for lighting up your face, it gives a radiant glow. Could be used for natural looks or even for night outs. Enhances complexion well. A bit expensive, though - but it is worth it.
