Beauty Product Reviews

In my purse right now.

I love body shop, there's something about shopping at an environmentally aware store that make you feel good and that's without actually using their products which I have been since junior high. I got this lip butter for my birthday, I like it, it's a little greasy so use it sparingly.

Very festive

Body Shop makes my favorite oil scents. While this isn't my favorite I got it on sale and it made my house smell like Christmas. A little bit on a light bulb will go a long way in creating a nice odor. Good product

One of my "Can't live withouts|

I've been using the product for the past 3 years (since it was introduced where I live) and it instantly went on the "life or death list"- as in running out of it is a matter of live or death. I actually have naturally oily hair and in the beginning found I was using too much and was just getting a greasy look, what I've found is that a dime size amount is all you need, rub your hands together and start under your hair and run your hands quickly towards the top layer. By the time you get to the top layer there is almost nothing left on your hands, use what is left of the ends of your hair. Note this is not a product I use everyday most like 2 times a week at most.

Impressed

I must say I LOVE this pallet. I bought it for a friend and used it to do her makeup. The colours are well pigmented and with a good base they stayed most of the night, they go on smooth and blend together nicely. The only exception was the dark colour in my ballet the deep brown, this one faded first and created a lot of fallout during application.

Christmas sock wouldnt be complete without it!

My mother puts this in my stocking every year as past of the St. Ives Gist set. I use it as a body scrub, I find it too harsh for my face.

Love the pallet, hated the experience at MAC

Love the pallet, so happy I bought it even if the staff where I bought it were a little rude, the awesomeness of being able to cut down on storage/great for travel make up for it. (Get it, Makeup) Can't see myself buying pots again!

My oldest friend!

Burt's bees was the first lip balms that wasn't stolen from my mother's purse. I've loved it for as long as I can remember and always keep it in my "stash"

Brush is junk but not a bad product.

I bought this while I was out of town and had didn't have my own brush with me. I like it for the most part, other than the brush my worst criticism is that it goes on a little thick. That being said it was a great practice gel liner while I was learning. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to try gel liner for the first time before investing in a better version like MAC.
