Hi!!
My first cooking with the Gomez’ video & I am so excited!!! Today I am sharing how I make Sofrito (a Spanish base for most Puerto Rican dishes). If you make it different, please share below!! Here are the ingredients that I used:

2 Red Peppers
3 Green Peppers
4 Small sweet OR spicy peppers (all about preference)
1/2 Onion (or a whole small onion) *I use sweet onions, but you use whatever onion you want
3-4 bushes of Culantro (Recao)
3-4 bushes of Cilantro
2-3 Table spoons of olive oil

Feel free to use a glass container if you don’t want to freeze plastic.
