No I think it would look great and classy! Skin showing between the socks and skirt is totally normal, or else you'd look like a nun. I would use the arm rule, whatever comes past your fingertips or about that would look great with those socks. And remember they're even more modest than wearing a skirt alone.

I love knee high socks but I have very round calves so I can't fit them. But a little bit of skin showing is fine. Most private school uniforms are skirts and knee high socks

I personally love knee high socks but I totally agree with the girls it depends how you wear them,as they can look super classy too. Just like Lauren said your meant to see a bit of skin!
