I plan on using powder foundation for a breakfast brunch that I'm going to. I want to use a great primer that will make my makeup last a long time. What is a good primer that's under $30 and good for oily skin?

Smashbox photofinish. It may feel a little oily but there's no oils in it and it makes my liquid and pressed powder stay on all day. Even through softball games and practices.

I like the tarte brightening primer when I wear a powder foundation. Either that one or the nars face primer. They both hydrate and brighten without making me oily.

For high end, I love Smashbox Photo Finish Light. Maybelline Baby Skin is a great alternative!
