I don't get what you're asking, your hair grows that's why your roots come...

Hmm well if the roots are coming in then your hair is definitely growing. My hair grows insanely fast which is why I hate dying my hair lol. I also find my colour washes out very quickly. I got my hair dyed red and the entire thing washed out a week later. That was a waste of $70.

If your color is fading, try a sulfate free shampoo. Just because the shampoo says for colored hair it doesn't mean it's sulfate free.

Either you are not getting proper coverage with your color because you are using the wrong color formulation or your hair is growing. If you color your hair two shades lights or darker than your natural you will notice regrowth very quickly. If you are a natural level 5 dark brown and color it to a level 9 blonde you will see dark roots in 2 weeks. It's just the law of color.
