I would just wear a sunscreen with spf 50 on the face and body and be out in the sun.

Go to a tanning bed.
It's not any worse for your skin then being in the actual sun.

Yeah just go in the sun, you don't need to be out as long as your skin doesn't have as much as melanin as darker skin types.

Fake tan is bad for skin? orly?

Fake tan isn't bad for your skin at all. It's possible you could break out from the type of self tanner you use, but it isn't "bad." I will say that it is extremely high maintenance though. I currently have a fake tan.
If you want to tan naturally, my one tip for you would be to take a shower, lightly exfoliate and then spray all over with tanning oil. Let it soak into your body for at least fifteen minutes before you go outside. It really makes a difference.
My favorite tanning oil is Banana Boat and I use SPF4. You may want to go a little bit higher.

Put on tanning oil and If you have a trampoline, defiantly lay in it to tan. The black surface will attract the sun.

Don't use tanning oil!! It has one of the worst ingredients for your skin
It contains mineral oil which basically acts as seran wrap for your skin.
It doesn't allow your skin to breath and can cause extremely bad heat rash!
But use a tanning bed with proper tanning lotion or go in the sun(:

Please don't use a tanning bed, it can give you skin cancer x

A tan is also showing your skin is damaged and is trying to protect itself. Embrace your pale and protect you skin:)

But if you really wnat a tan, you can beg sun screens that protect your skin from harmful but enhance tanning, The Green People do one x
