I want a foundation that has a higher coverage. I have oily/combo skin. Mostly oily though. Also I'm very pale and have cool undertones.
So which of these would be best?
Or if you have other recommendations that'd be cool too:) preferably drugstore since I'm broke as a joke.

Cover girl 3 in 1 foundations works really nice and it's full coverage. I haven't tried true match in years so I forgot what it's like and I don't really like revlon color stay it always breaks me out so bad.

I loooove the true match oil-free. they have cool, neutral and warm undertones and from what I understand they have the most shade options for a drugstore foundation. you should set with a powder though if your skin is more oily since I find that around my oily nose and chin it does tend to show shine as the day goes on.

True match is looking good! What primer should I pair with it? Or do they have a primer too. I currently use Neutrogena shine control primer and I like it would they mix well together?

- Revlon Colorstay is great for very oily skin, and it is full coverage and can sometimes feel a bit heavy on the face if not applied properly. I don't recommend it for sensitive skin, I had a bad reaction to it.

- L'Oreal True Match has light but buildable coverage but it won't give you full coverage. It has a satin finish. I have oily skin and I have to apply primer and powder when using this foundation because I will look slightly shiny. I like that it gives a natural look to the face and it feels very lightweight plus they have all sorts of colours.

- I've heard good things about the Rimmel Stay Matte Foundation, I would look up some reviews for it. For a primer a good drugstore one is Rimmel Fix and Perfect Pro. It's a decent primer but I was still slightly oily with it but after about 2 weeks it started breaking me out, but I have insanely sensitive skin lol. But it's only like $5 so try it out! L'Oreal has a Magic Perfecting Base primer. I haven't tried it myself but I really want to, it's supposed to work well. I really recommend Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer. It's pricey but worth it, I get the small bottle for $21 and it lasts a long time. For setting powder I recommend Marcelle Pressed Powder or MUFE HD Powder but to save you some money try to buy 100% mineral silica powder which is literally the same thing as MUFE powder. I hope this helped with your decision.

I much prefer True Match, I don't get on with Revlon bases at all. I have a very similar skin colour and type and True Match is probably the best drugstore foundation I own - their Nude Magique foundation is great too! It feels kind of watery formula-wise but gives really great coverage :)

There wasn't a true match color that matched my skin 😭 I was so excited too lol.
