I always wear brown colors for my eyes, I have a palette that comes with neutral and colorful shades. I haven't used the colorful ones. I'm wondering what I could do with colored eyeshadow , something not to out there but noticeable <-- sorry if that sounded confusing.

If you want a more neutral color, try a plummy purple. It looks great on brown eyes, and it's close enough to being neutral that it's a great way to get into colors.
