I don't want to pluck off my stache or go to the salon. I just want to do an at home thing. What should I use?

I wax. I purchased the warmer, applicators, wax and the cloth at Sally Beauty Supply. After the rip I settle down with a nice glass of merlot as a reward. It took some practice but I save so much money doing it myself. I also do my eyebrows as well. Before applying I make sure I wipe down the area with a cleansing water (saturated on a cotton ball). I let it dry for a few minutes and then I apply the wax and place the cloth imnediately on top. I press firmly before removing in the opposite direction of growth. Once complete I apply a bit of a gel based cooling mask for 5 minutes to bring down any redness and soothe the treated area. After an hour it looks like I never even had anything waxed. Make sure you pick a wax that is exclusively made for the facial area. By committing to the intial investment of all the needed items it will pay itself off after 4 uses ( at least for me it did). Plus, you don't have the stress of wondering if the wax is contaminated or the tools are dirty/or clean.

I use a bait hair removal cream above my upper lip and I hardly have any hairs come back now, (keeping in mind I am an olive skin tone and have very thick tough skin, not sensitive at all and not dry.) I would not recommend this for sensitive or dry skin, alway patch test to make sure no irritation occurs and only use once a month, hair will come back less each time. Alway moisturizer after because the chemicals are harsh and will throw off the ph level in your skin, it also does not work well on coarse hair, and hair should be fairly long. Use with discretion hope this helps!

I've done professional waxing, threading, plucking you name it. But what works is Sally Hansens hair removal wax strips. I have thick Asian hair and it does the job well! It's painful but i rather go thru with that then spend $$ to get it professionally done or go all natural (eek!)

I epilate it hurts a lot but it is clean, convenient and cost effective, plus it gets the little hairs that waxing doesn't. I do wax too but it doesn't get all the hairs.

I have lately been using the Surgi Hair Removal cream for facial hair. Even though it's meant for facial hair, I feel like it irritates some. I really like the Nads Hair Removal Strips though, they work wonderfully and come with a pre wax wipe and after wipe. I'd love to invest in a warmer though, sounds like a great idea

I use Nair. Do not rub it into, skin and do not leave it on for more than 8 minutes. I have coarse hair and I only have to use it once every 5 wks.

Use sugaring wax. I'd been using hard wax at home for years or paying fir threading if I was too lazy. I found an article with a Sugar wax recipe that also said it hurt up to 80% less than waxing.. so I made it and tried it and it was true. I was even able to do my own Brazilian (sorry if TMI lol) nearly without flinching. It takes a few minutes to make but it's all natural and will keep in the fridge for months.

I just used nair for the first time and actually LOVE it. However, you really can't leave it on for more than 6 mins...cause that baby burns!!! I mean, it technically is melting away your hair!
