Pimple problem! Please help!

This pimple won't go away and I've put a bunch of pimple cream on it and it won't go away! ( I haven't waxed in a while so sorry about my hairy lip)

Don't touch it. Leave it. Maybe find some gentle cover up foundation for it. For the redness, I would say use sudacrem, it magic xx Hope this helped xx
