L'Or?al True match??

I have combination skin and I was wondering if this would be a good foundation for me. Or do you guys have a better suggestion?

Thanks Jacqlyn! I am completely out of concealer and foundation, and this was my top choice :) would you recommend the true match concealer?

I have combination skin too. oily nose and chin and dry everywhere else. I use the true match after making sure I moisturise properly otherwise it does get patchy around the dry areas. I would set the oily areas with a powder though to make it stay longer. havent gotten around to picking up a good powder yet.

I have oily skin and I loveee this foundation. I use a primer underneath and set with powder so it doesn't look oily. if you have dry patches it can look a bit patchy. Which one is the true match concealer? I have the concealer crayon and I hate it lol. it looks so dry even on my oily skin and blends horribly plus it creases badly.

Whyyyy 😭😭😭 a bunch of my friends have been raving about this foundation! I really don't need to be buying anymore. Lol thanks Taylor...this thread is going to make me want it even more 😝 at least it's cheap.

I use it, and I like it (combo skin as well), but I mix it with my MAC foundation juuust to help a bit with the T-zone. If I don't mix, I'll notice I have to powder more frequently. But, I'd definitely recommend the product : )

I agree. before I bought this I had no experience with foundation except getting it done professionally a few times for my wedding and my sister's wedding. I always thought foundation would feel just heavy and cakey on my skin if I tried to do it myself but I'm so glad I decided to get the true match because I LOVE it. it's just enough coverage for my skin and it doesn't feel heavy at all. I just need a good powder to minimize the shine on my nose and I will probably never need to try any other foundation (fingers crossed!)

I guess I'm the odd one out :/ I too have combination skin and very, very sensitive acne prone skin and this foundation broke me out like crazy. I had tiny, rough bumps everywhere too :( the kind of break out you only get when a skin reacts with a product!! I hope this works for you as well as it did the other ladies though :) good luck!

The true match concealer crayon is horrid! I was just thinking about concealer this morning and how I need to toss that one (only used twice). It looks Cakey, dry, creases badly, and looks gross on my skin. I recommend finding something else. Even my elf concealer works better than the true match crayon.

Which elf concealer? The liquid or the stick? I have the stick concealer and it came dried out! Almost like chalk!

But the L'Or?al true match foundation is GREAT. I use it and prefer it over many higher end foundations I have tried. I use the Lumi one. They have an amazing selection of shades as well. Makes skin look great!
