Is there any way I can pull off pastel hair? My skin is exactly the same color as this picture. I really want it, but I don't think it would look good at all.

Absolutely. The upkeep is a pain and it's a huge commitment, but if you love it...then I say go for it. I do mine pastel with a purple shampoo and enjoy it.  :)

maybe you can buy a hair dye that will wash out in one wash, so you can see how it loo







and they have sites on the internet where you can see how different hairstyles would look on you :)
