Hi all,
Witchhazel is a new thing to me and I bought it couple of days ago.

I would like to know whether I need to be mindful how I use it? Any side effects?

Thanks Beauties! X

I don't know about side effects but I use it for bug bits on my girls and on my face and I or my girls have had a negative reaction.

It works like alcohol but doesn't sting as bad. I use it after getting my eyebrows arched

Its great keep using it unless you notice something out of the ordinary about your skin...I love it.

Witch hazel is great product. I've used it on bug bites and any skin wounds.

It was once part of my regime; however it is an irritant and I wasn't too happy with obtaining redness. Use as tolerated on your skin, however make sure yours is not mixed with alcohol - which never belongs on the face!

Ladies, you are wonderful! So glad I have you to ask these questions. I've used it after having a shower before moisturising and my skin feels baby soft. Hopefully it stays that way :) x

Kitty... I swear you just posted previously that some alcohols like Cetyl alcohol is good for the face... So which is it? Never or only certain alcohols?

It works good, put it on lightly or it will dry your skin out.

It's a natural antiseptic. No side effects. Astringent yet soothing. Toner. But bites. Cuts. Scrapes. Burns. Works wonders! The rose water witch hazel is also hydrating.

This stuff has been really impressive. It hasn't irritated my skin or left it dry which I was really cautious of. Definitely happy with my purchase and on my recommended items list!
