Megan, you're right don't worry! If you can't tell if your veins are blue or green you're neutral. Green means warm blue means cool.

Try to swatch the foundation you're testing on your jawline and neck, you want something that matches your neck more than anything to prevent lines (because surprisingly, sometimes your face color is a little different than your neck). Some people swatch on their wrist or hand but the color usually isn't as accurate.
