I work at sephora and like Tiff said you got to wear a full face.Now if it was cakey you got to keep in mind that not everyone has good skin underneath so they may need more coverage and will probably give them that look. But as for the blending part they should know better then that. Lol.

I've seen beautiful, too much, and okay makeup every time I go. I guess it depends on the individual and their perception. But as far as me asking for help, I'll go to the person I think looks best because I can "relate"(if that makes sense) to their makeup style. The other day I went to MAC and I liked the girls makeup, and asked her MUA questions and she was super open and nice about it. She told me to keep practicing, and other good stuff :) (those are my fav. type of employees to go to)
