That tip does not look stiff enough, what I have found out is you have more control when you have a more stiff stick, maybe try milani liner.

What's the problem? is it smudging or you just don't have the application down?

I actually prefer a more flexible tip. It's all personal preference. Try a gel liner with an angled brush. I feel that the brush gives more precision. If you like gels that is.

I recommend looking up how to use tape to shape eye liner :) I'd explain it but I won't do the process justice, but it works great when I do it and hopefully it work great for you too :)

Just take your time and keep practicing! build slowly. and do both eyes at the same time (a little on the left, then duplicate it on the right, and back and forth rather than doing the whole left eye, then trying to copy the right eye exactly).

It depends on your personal preference, but if the flexible tip isn't doing it for you, try a stiffer tip. Milani eye tech is really great and has a nice stiff tip. You can also try gel eyeliner. Rimmel's is really great, and it's a good price so you can play with it and see what you like before spending a lot of money on anything.
