My nails keep peeling back and breaking and it's really annoying, especially when I try to paint my nails. Any remedies or help?

Use cuticle oil and a nail strengthener some base coats have it in, aldo buffing your nails improves circulation and makes your nails more healthy :)

Rub garlic on them
chop up garlic, put in clear polish, let sit 7-10 days, apply daily.
