Try looking at vintage stores, thrift shops, and rummage/estate sales for antique pieces that fit your Victorian Gothic aesthetic. There is also a page on Facebook (with a website being built at the moment) called Horrific Finds. They post photos of Gothic/Victorian/horror-inspired decor, gardening, clothing, etc. with links to specific products. It is a great resource for inspiration and for finding things in this style.
You can also look on Etsy to find home decor that would fit your style. I'm sure those bat wall decals would be on there.
As for the living room: I like mixing teal with shades of khaki and grey. If you wanted to incorporate the Gothic glamour, try adding lace, velvet, or leather accents. Silver is timeless and works well with that color scheme as well.
