So obviously being healthy contributes a lot to your overall health with skin and hair.
Everyone gives a lot of information which is hard to retain and know what's true.
Does anyone know of any sites which specially outline what you should add or eliminate from your diet to help?

My diet for acne: No dairy, grains, beans or soy.
High in protein ( fish, grass-fed meats ), vegetables ( Kale is amazing for hormonal acne types ), fruits ( especially berries ), nuts and omega fats.

Antioxidants, Foods with Vitamin C, D, E, Iron and Omega 3's. Plenty of water and lean protein.
