I liked the Neutrogena makeup removing wipes. a lot more than the Clean & Clear ones actually.
for my eye makeup, I use MUFE Sens'Eyes waterproof makeup remover. it's so gentle & removes all eye makeup so easily :D

I really, really like the Burt's Bees makeup remover wipes. They're super easy, smell nice, and don't require a lot of rubbing, I find. I also like that they're not overly wet, they're just damp enough to remove product and be done with it. they're also about $5 for a pack of 30, which is more than most wipe packs have (most are 25).

I love the neutrogena wipes too. The up and up ones had a texture that would start to irritate my eyes before I could get off all my makeup

I also like the Neutrogena wipes. For waterproof or stubborn eye makeup I use Almay eye makeup remover wipes.

The generic brand from Target is the best! I mostly just use those on days when I have light makeup on. Usually on regular days (I wear a lot of eye makeup) I'll use a wipe, then some eye makeup remover on a cotton ball. At the moment I use Avon's eye makeup remover lotion. You can also use good and trusty olive oil on a cotton ball/pad get off your most stubborn eye makeup :)

I use the Bioderma solution thingy that is raved about on YouTube, and I love it so much! It's so gentle and removes everything easily! But for waterproof a oil based one is better.

I honestly massage olive oil, a decent amount, on my face and let it stay on for like a minute then get a baby wipe and it gets EVERYTHING off. Makeup wipes are basically baby wipes that have a bit of water, oil and alcohol. The oil is what really loosens the makeup since most makeup is oil based
