How to apply eye liner to bottom lashes.

Whenever I apply liner to my bottom lashes it always ends up looking messy and it makes me look pretty creepy too lol are tips or tricks?

Just take makeup remover wipe or qtip and clean it up.

I don't like putting it on my waterline so What I do is and the very edge of my eyes, I put it only my bottom lash to bring out my eyes, and then kindof work up a little while going down the eye. Looks like this in the end..( don't mind my little brother and the monkey, sorry for the bad lighting)
