Definitely blue or purple! I love super bright colours when they're ombre'd dark to light because it gets rid of the flat look a lot of bright haired girls get

Heck yeah, always go for it if you love it! Be aware that blue fades badly though, so you'll have to do frequent touch ups so it's not green.

Absolutely! You'll need to lift your color and then deposit the new color which will cause some damage and so you may want to take that into consideration. It's a beautiful color choice and is identical one of my closest friend's color blocking. She has the same skin tone as you. I'm certain you'll rock it.

I know some people also put temporary dye in their conditioners for temporary touch ups and to keep up the vibrancy. I've never dyed my hair a crazy colour though so I'm not sure if this works
