A great bronzer for FAIR skin is Too-Faced MILK Chocolate Bronzer. It's the lighter version of the original Too-Faced CHOCOLATE Soleil Bronzer.

I thought Laura Geller's Shade & Sculpt is a contour & highlighter. I actually have Laura Geller's Tahitian Glow bronzer which is beautiful but it does have shimmer. I usually use that one on my body or sparingly on my face.

Yes that's what it's meant for, but I think it works really well as a bronzer too especially for fair skin as it isn't orange or super warm tone. I've used the tahitian glow too and I love that but yes there is a lot of shimmer.
