Makeup and hair ideas? Please help!

Hey girls! So I play in a jazz band and we have an event coming up where we hold a swing dance and play the music and everyone dresses up and it's pretty formal. I have to wear my concert dress to match everyone in the band so I want to do something new with my hair and makeup so I don't look just like everyone else. Do you have hair or makeup suggestions that I can do for it? Something kind of dramatic is what I'm going for:) Thanks!

Its just plain black and its a full length dress. Since my hair is black too I kinda want to put my hair up!

For your make up since your wearing black your shadow colors can be any color but me personally I would do what I like to call vintage colors. creams, browns, golds or you can do cut crease look or smokey eye.
