You should use an eye shadow primer.

Are you using an eyeshadow primer? If not, I would recommend urban decay primer potion. You can use an eyeshadow base like a MAC paint pot or maybelline color tattoos. Hope this helps! (:

Use a primer. Urdan decay or Tarte clean slate primer work great.

Primer. I recommend the elf Eyelid Primer for oily eyelids.
