Do hair treatments the treatments won't take away the split ends but your hair will look healthier.

That's what I do..I cut all the split ends I can see but they're still so many
In order to really get rid of them I'm going to have to cut like 11 inches of my hair which sounds so depressing to me lol

Get a trim on the ends, and if they are not only on the ends, get your hair layerd! it should take away almost all of them!

No!! There is a solution! Use coconut oil, (walmart) 1. Melt the coconut oil in your hands and apply to ALL hair, use as much as needed.
2. Sleep in it, put a towel of your pillow
3. Wash your hair in the morning, until all oil is out, repeat until you find a difference!
[ Don't do this every night, but every other ]

I have a bad habit of trimming my split ends on my own, individually.. if it helps I do not know. I find it helps my hair feel softer and not as tangled.

I had a client with the same issue. I had her come in every 2 months for a tiny trim and I would skim the split ends on the rest of her hair. Avoid a lot of hot tools and do conditioning treatments.

Steady trims every six weeks. What happens with spit ends is that they start at the bottom, most people who want to grow their hair think by not cutting half an inch off frequently won't help make it grow. It won't make it grow faster but it will stop the split ends. Split ends like I said start at the bottom and without cutting work their way up the hair strand until they either a. Fall out, of b. break off. Hence why you see them everywhere. There are products to help with split ends but there isn't anything to stop it without cutting. Period.
