So I typically shower once a day, but for a while I was showering twice a day and now I'm back to showering once a day but I can't help but notice my hair gets greasy super fast! Is there anything I can do to stop or slow it down so I can get into a two-day shower routine?

Dry shampoo or baby shower. & a possibility is that it could be caused by washing so often. maybe not. but it strips your hairs natural oils so you start overproducing oil.

Yeah I think it is from over washing Kat. A now I just have to get it back to normal.

Yeah, just try it for awhile & see if it helps. go every other day & use dry shampoo or baby powder in between. at the very least, you could cross it out of the list of possibilities.

Try getting your hair into a shampoo routine, and don't swap shampoos as often. I had a good shampoo that worked perfectly, I recently swapped shampoos and it's taking forever to get a proper routine (my hair can't take getting washed everyday it gets to oily when I do)

Had a good shampoo routine*

Showering once a day actually causes your hair to e more greasy because your body try's to regulate your skins oils after each shower so it makes a lot extra after each shower. So if you still want to shower everyday, only use shampoo every other day. I have extremely greasy hair, and this works for me.

One day shampoo conditioner, other day conditioner alone. Than you're clean no matter what!:)

Also if you use dry shampoo ( you probably know this) but don't use a heated iron like a curler or straightener or else your hair might go kaboom.

If you don't have dry shampoo, baking soda works just as good- you just have to brush it out very thoroughly.
