Bayalage is similar to ombré but less intense and has more face framing pieces of blonde.

If you do ombré, just make sure the change from dark to light is very gradual as it can often look too harsh and brassy on dark hair. I think it would suit you though!

You're right.I have one more question: Does dying damage my hair too much? My hair is already damaged enough...But I have a friend who has just dyed her har and now her hair is much softer..that's weird. right?

That would look pretty & yes dying hair will damage it no matter what. you'll wanna get it healthier before having it bleached.
