I was fooling around with my friends with some of the color spray stuff for your hair. (We were at theater) I sprayed a couple off streaks in and the next day, the color had kind of softened and I had hints of pink around my hair. I loved it, but that kind of spray stuff washes out after a couple off days. Is there anything semi-permanent that could give that effect as well? Thank you!

No like something that's kind of streaky, not like a whole head of pink.

Get some manic panic, a brush for dying hair, use conditioner to dilute it to a pastel pink, and apply it in streaks. http://youtu.be/kf_E_1NjgHc this isn't a very good tutorial but it's diy and cheap. if your hair is dark you're going to have to bleach it first. if you have no experience, I suggest getting it done professionally.

Tech schools with cosmetology programs will do it for cheap. and it's good quality, with instructors on site.

It all depends on your hair color. But chalk usually does the trick 💕

I don't recommend splat, as it's drying and not at all conditioning to the hair, try manic panic, special effects or punky colors, they all are non damaging and condition hair. :) but pink should show up on dirty blonde, you can always google the pink dye that's available near you, and google "_____ on unbleached hair" and it should come up on dirty blonde or light brown hair.

Like this is how manic panic cotton candy pink shows on dirty blonde, not very well, but it's a very light pink. So if you choose something like hot hot pink, or any hot pink color it should show up.

I meant compared to like manic panic, as splat has zero conditioning agents.
