If gotten my hair highlighted for years and I was wondering is there a way to make my hair like more of an ashy blonde color or more like white? I wanna get my hair more like cool toned blonde.

I've tried purple shampoos! But they never seem to help me that much

I'd say bleach with a 30 or 40 developer and wella ash blonde toner

I'd also suggest investing in a purple shampoo to maintain the color. but be careful-it'll turn your hair lilac if you overuse it!
