Micro rings are great! I use them on most of my clients. They're less damaging than some other extension methods because there's no heat used, and no adhesives. They last up between 3-6 months but you'll have to get them touched up in the meantime. Your extension technician should explain to you how to properly care for them, wash them, etc, but overall I recommend them above any other method. It's time consuming to apply them, but totally worth it in the end! Best of luck xx

Don't attempt to install micro rings yourself! They'll pinch your scalp and will most likely look unnatural. Normally to have micro rings installed, you need a minimum of 4-5 inches of hair for the extensions to be installed/blended properly. & just google extension salons! I'm not sure where in the UK you're from, but I know some good ones in London. A friend of mine from Leeds knows one or two good salons as well. Hopefully this helped hun!
