Every time I apply foundation it just doesn't sit properly/well on my skin :/ I don't know whether it's my foundation or what. I use Bourjois and a rimmel foundation. It's hard getting a good foundation because I'm so freaking pale! My skin: can get very dry on my jaw line, chin, nose and inbetween my eyebrows but that's also where I get my spots too and they can be pretty bad, my forehead and cheeks are pretty much normal. I'm just so fed up of everything looking okay apart from my foundation. Someone help, please!

For dry skin you need to exfoliate away the dry patches then apply a nice heavy Moisturizer. then use a hydrating primer (smashbox has a good one).. This will make your face a smooth even campus for foundation.

It could actually be the foundation. that had happened to me before where it just doesn't sit well and then I used covergirl tru blend and it was perfect. now I use covergirl 3 in 1 and set it with a powder and I love it. but I'm superrrrr pale too so I think I might try loreal true match because everyone said they have really light shades(:

The foundation could be the issue but before that happens I would use a moisturizer and a good primer (I like maybelline baby skin). I have dry skin too and I find that when my skin is looking really bad I exfoliate first and sometimes mix in a little moisturizer in with my foundation to make it less thick.
